So Far So good
It’s been 2.5 months since my last cold.  Happy about that!  I think it’s the echinacea and mushroom blend I’ve been taking.

Can you catch a cold in your eye?
I’ve been reading that conjunctivitis can be caused by a virus, and I simultaneously caught yet another cold.  Are the two related?

Low Voices
Do I sound sexy to you?  My voice has lowered to the sound of a waitress who’s smoked the last 40 years. Sinuses are driving me nuts too.  Lie on one side, they drain to the other.  Sit up and everything’s fine. Taking elderberry, echinacea, vitamin C, and tea with honey and lemon.

Today
This morning I’m eating Jook, a Chinese soup made of mushy rice.  Sounds weird, but it’s great with some soy and sesame oil!  Perfect when you don’t want to eat anything heavy.

This Cold
Welcome!  It started with just some sniffling and a tingle in my throat, but now it’s hitting me a bit harder and seems to be here for the ride.  I’m doing some echinacea tincture, some elderberry, some herb teas and trying not to do too much.  What works for you—have you been able to stave off a full blown cold?  Tell us your symptoms.  Don’t suffer alone!
